Q: What is an online design service?

Online interior design is a service that offers where you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home for in-depth home interior design solutions. Wise Owl Interiors is all about High Street Design so we like to keep the costs low. Offering an online design service helps cut out costs like consultation fees, regular meetings, travel expenses etc. There are 3 package options that vary from just a bit of interior guidance to getting your space completely designed with us. Expect to receive are things like mood boards, floor plans and 2D or 3D renders etc. All contact is via email and phone and everything is done digitally, so you can just relax whilst your design gets completed.

Q: Do you offer home visits?

Wise Owl Interiors ask if all our clients can send over detailed floorplans, images and sometimes videos of the space you want redesigning so we understand what we are dealing with. In this case, this makes house visits unnecessary for Wise Owl Interiors regular packages. However, if you opt for the Premium Package. House visits are limited to London only.

Q: What if I want a customized package to suit my design?

Not a problem. Just let us know what it is you would like us to do (mood boards, floorplans) and we can accommodate and discuss pricing.

Q: How do I receive my design?

Your design will be sent to you via email as a pdf presentation. Paint samples and swatches which you will receive in the post.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
