Wise Owl Interiors ask if all our clients can send over detailed floorplans, images and sometimes videos of the space you want redesigning so we understand what we are dealing with. In this case, this makes house visits unnecessary for Wise Owl Interiors regular packages. However, if you opt for the In-perosn packages or add additional add ons. House visits are limited to London only.
The overall design process can vary due to many factors. Type of work needed, speed of decisions, amends, tradesmen availability etc. Allow around 14 days for each design.
We can assure you that this wont happen, as we talk to our clients throughout the entire process and ensure what we are designing is all according to your style preferences and budget. If however, once you receive you design you are not satisfied, please do let us know as we are happy to revise the design if you have opted for a package which includes revisions dependant on the package.
